Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your spot. Cancellation Policy Please cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before your session. Cancellations made after this window—or no-shows—will be charged in full. For group sessions, late cancellations are non-refundable to ensure fair access for all participants. Waitlist Policy If a session is full, you may join the waitlist. If a spot opens, you will be notified automatically and have 2 hours to confirm before it is offered to the next person.
