I'm Beth Bradford--a yoga and meditation teacher, writer, researcher, and endurance athlete. For years, I've scoured many research publications, magazine articles, blogs, and websites for information about mind, body and spirit wellness. What you see here is a result of what I've learned and cultivated over the past 30 years.
This website is a resource for people to look deeper into their wellness practice not for a quick fix, but for a lifelong journey.

I have a Ph.D. in Mass Communication from the University of Alabama, and I have taught media research, video production, and journalism for 20 years. I'm a former TV news photojournalist in Mid-Atlantic media markets. I'm a registered yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance.
